Woodland Post-Acute is a 59-bed, Medicare-certified skilled nursing and post-acute facility located in the heart of Woodland, California.
Woodland Post-Acute started out as the Woodland Clinic Hospital, a landmark healthcare institution built in 1911. It remained at the forefront of medical care for the residents of Yolo County until the late 1960s when the new Woodland Memorial Hospital was created. With over a century of dedicated service, Woodland Post-Acute continues to uphold its commitment to delivering excellent healthcare services to the community of Yolo County.
